Bella Poarch's natural Filipino parents gave birth to her in the Philippines, on February 9 in 1997. Her grandmother was a resident of among the Manila slums until she turned three. Her adopted family is comprised by an Filipino adoptive mother and an white American military veteran. Her mother claims that she and her brother, adopted as an infant, suffered abuse before they joined the military. In order to move to Texas after she reached thirteen, her family resided for several months in San Francisco to stay with her aunt.
