Kristen Anne Bell, born 1980 in the US of America, is an actress and a singer. She was born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) and Tom Bell - a television director - she is an American actress and singer. She is the daughter of a Polish as is her father, who is German, English Irish and Scottish. Kristen discovered her talents in entertainment at an early stage of her life. When she was in 1992, she went to her very first audition. She was given an appearance of Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell's mother signed her up at an agency prior to when her 13th birthday. She later appeared on television commercials as well as newspaper advertisements. Also, she began private acting classes at the age of 13. Bell had an uncredited role in the film Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell attended Shrine Catholic High School where she participated in the music and drama club. In her school's production of The Wizard of Oz, Bell was chosen to play Dorothy. Bell was then transferred to New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She studied musical theater there. Bell, who graduated in 2001, decided to leave her college studies in order to take on in the role of Becky as Becky in Tom Sawyer. In 2001, Bell made her debut on the credit screen playing the character of Becky Pootie Tang. However the film cut her character from the film and she was not even as a credit. Bell was featured in the Broadway revival of The Crucible starring Liam Neeson & Angela Bettis.
