Courteney Cox

Courteney is an American actor, director and producer from the United States. Most famous for her role in the TV series 'Friends' and in one of the principal roles of the "Scream" movie franchise. She was born in Birmingham, Alabama and developed an interest in acting as an early child. She was enrolled in the study of architecture in Mount Vernon College in Washington, DC However, she soon left her studies to pursue a fulltime acting career. Her film debut with a role in the film 'Down Twisted'. She started gaining fame after playing one of the important parts in the horror slasher film 'Scream'. The film was extremely popular commercially and made 11 times the budget. Also, it was praised by the critics. She reprised her role in the entire trilogy from the original film. The popularity of Courteney Cox reached highs when she took on the lead role in the well-known sitcom 'Friends'. Her performance was recognized with numerous nominations and awards for the role. The show, which was a huge hit, aired over ten years. Some of her most recent roles include a supporting role in the drama film "Mothers and Daughters'.
